Upon return to Oska, Dany will receive a magitek set of earrings -- one for her and one for Drogon. As long as they both wear an earring (clipping it onto Drogon is also acceptable), Dany will be able to communicate with him. (Drogon, being a dragon, would naturally be unable to speak back!)
