While more affluent NPCs may be judgmental, it's less due to his imperfections and more because he must be too poor to have his scarring fixed. This will be clarified further as we release more mission info soon, but the upper class does not tend to intermingle with others. The citizens as a whole aren't affected by these things; they're used to customized or bizarre appearances, just nothing overtly supernatural.
