quick q: the new app rules say you have to make double ac for two months in order to app a second character, but do they have to be consecutive months?

for example, if i got double ac in october but only made regular ac in november or hiatused, would i have to start over again in december? or could i make double ac in december and submit the threads from oct and dec in my app?
