Only asking since someone might have the same problem in the future: I'm looking at making an app for Kristen Kringle from Gotham but she's only got a few months of canon to date (as of this past episode, 2x03) due to being a recurring character. Plus the show has not exactly been forthcoming with details about her outside of GCPD. Would she be allowed since she's on various wikis for Gotham?

And given how large the fandom for Batman is would it be allowed to go just show in her case (would also work for other comics that have become TV/movies like Arrow and the Nolan!Verse Batman films).
