We ask that you be as detailed as possible--please lay out all spells and abilities that your character has access to, even if you don't describe each of them in-depth. Equal-level elemental spells can be grouped together, for example: "(character) has access to all high-level elemental spells in their canon, which strike at a range of about twenty feet around the caster: a fire spell, a blizzard spell, and a lightning spell" etc. Please don't spare any detail for complex abilities that might have an effect on other player characters, or the game environment, such as telepathy or mind control.
