Regardless of the type of ability, we're mostly interested in gauging a character's general capabilities, identifying powers that could break the setting, and addressing abilities that are too godmodey. As such, don't sweat the small stuff. In this example, we don't need minutiae between different punches or special attack names spelled out -- this could be summarized with his overall fighting skill.

We frequently work with players on a case-by-case basis regarding abilities, so if anything's unclear in your application we'll let you know!
