We think this is a cool ability, but we'd ask that it's opt-in, and not opt-out -- basically, you would need to get OOC permission before having it work on anyone. Also, important NPCs would be largely immune, which we'd explain as his ability working differently in different realities. And finally, we don't allow reality bending in general, so his powers wouldn't be able to truly rewrite history, but with permission he could affect his teammates' memories.
