Hi there! Thanks for being upfront about these issues with us; as Futurology is a capped game we strive to make sure all our players, both current and prospective, feel comfortable playing in a tight-knit game!

We don't have a policy regarding OOC conflict, aside from what's laid out on our rules page, which we invite you to look at. Our suggestions would have included everything you've already laid out for us; we believe that you're already on the right track, so you should be fine. Should problems arrive, we expect our players to communicate with us so we can find a way to answer everyone's needs.
